It seems there is something messed up at the API, and Randall is on it.  But not positive what's going on.

I've commented out the ingesting of related programs yet again, and Andric pushed that live so ingest doesn't fail on stories that have related programs.

I'll stay in touch with Randall.

Wow this is a bad experience. The menu covers everything.
